In order to achieve our goal of 100 percent customer satisfaction, our management team performs regular inspections to ensure the quality of the work and to solicit feedback from our customers. Providing monthly audits of each building and provide inspection reports to customers.
Motivating our employees through incentives based on their performance.
Installing computerized remote time keeping system which ensures that each employee is working the scheduled shift.
